What is your return policy? 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! We provide a 100% refund on any items returned within 30 days of delivery less shipping and handling. Orders returned after 30 days may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns are required to be in a new or unused condition and in the original packaging. Sales of close-out, used, or made-to-order items (such as colors) may have a non-returnable policy. Please call for a "Return Authorization Number" before sending back any products. Returns will NOT be accepted on orders 90 days or older.
You are responsible for packing, insuring, shipping, and proof of delivery on all returns. In the event the item is damaged in transit back to us, it will be your responsibility to recover the funds from the shipping carrier. Please allow 10-14 days from the time we receive the returned item for your return to be processed.

Unfortunately we are not the only ones involved in delivering a package to you. In accordance with UPS and FedEx damage claim procedures, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt of a damaged item so that we can start the claim process. Visible damage to the carton/packaging is not always required. Many times weight from a heavier package can cause damage to the contents inside without causing visible damage to the outer carton/packaging.
Step 1: Notify the shipping carrier Step 2: Send us an email at info@carpartsdiscount.com or call us at (888) 437-4272 to report that you received a damaged item. Step 3: You must keep the package and all of its contents in your possession until contacted by the carrier for pickup and inspection.
Car Parts Discount will take over from here! We will follow through the claim process until we are notified of the final outcome of the claim. This process may take approximately two weeks to complete. Upon completion of the claim we will be able to ship you a new item. |
