Another popular compact pickup offered initially as a Plymouth and Dodge captive import but then sold under the Mitsubishi name. Many small businesses and independent workers have relied on Mitsubishi Mighty Max parts to help them get the job done. The model is still sold around the world today, just no longer in the US market. The Mitsubishi Mighty Max was replaced by the Dodge Dakota based Raider model in the mid-2000s but this model was never a big seller. The Raider was also significantly larger than the Mighty Max. The Mighty Max offered advanced overhead cam four and six cylinder engines that kept it competitive with other import trucks.
