The Toyota RAV4 was one if the first mini-SUVs. Now it is on its fourth generation and has grown quite a bit to be a compact SUV instead of a mini-SUV. The original RAV4 was also one of the first and most successful all-electric vehicles sold in the US. Only the first generation was offered in two-doors or convertible in the USA. Since then, they have only been sold as four doors. The third generation Toyota RAV4 parts included a V6 engine but that has since been discontinued in favor of more fuel efficient fours. The electric version has been re-launched as well. One odd thing about the original RAV4 was that it did not have a rear bumper. Vehicles that were classified as trucks at the time did not need to have one.
